Absolutely wrong size

I am a size L according to the Gofranck size guide. But reading the reviews, I preferred to order a size M, but it fits large. I requested a return and exchanged for size S. I am very sorry that shipping costs are not free throughout Europe (I live in Italy) and that return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If the sizes had been correct I would not have spent this extra money. Customer service was very friendly, although I'm still waiting for a refund on the first bad purchase.

Beautiful coat but loose fit is much too loose... customer service :(

I normally am between S and M and chose S, enormous, also XS would be too large I suppose. What a pity, as the coat is really well made and materials are super resistant. Only two stars because the customer service did not reply to any of my three emails asking for info about return and exchange and also because free shipping and returns are available only for Germany and 2-3 other European countries. Maybe I'm wrong, but for me that's not fair. Otherwise great products and design.

This jacket is so pretty, but even XS is gigantic. Very very sad to have to return it 😭

Dear people,
The greener pastures coat looks fantastic.
Unfortunately size XS is much too big for me.
And the return-form was missing. So I'm still waiting for it, to return the coat.
I would like to change it for a different model.
